Monday 4th - Going Down

That refers to just 6 for Carriage Cleaning today. Last week was also a low turnout - but we were some of the absentees that time! Rake 1 was up the siding so the Cotswold side of rake 2 got the wash.

Here are Kath and Paul washing the Cotswold side of rake 1. I did help when not using the camera!

There is only one rake for the foreseeable future as most October turns are the Blue Timetable of one steam and one DMU. The maroon set (rake 2) gets shunted up the north siding after it's one use each week on a Saturday. A side effect is that is is left to the train staff to do a tidy up when in use.

Later we joined the inside team of John, Nigel P and Greg to complete that.
