Wagons

This is hopefully now a complete list of wagons on the railway, 156 in total. You'd be surprised how difficult it is to be sure of that! To try and bring some semblance of order to proceedings, wagons are first grouped as either pre-nationalisation design (1948) or post-nationalisation. Then within those two groups, they are divided by general type, e.g. open wagon, covered van, tank, brake van etc. Click on each wagon number to reveal more information and, in many cases, a picture. If you're searching for a particular wagon, Ctrl + F is your friend. The buttons below expand or close all the records at once, this might be useful if you want to ctrl + F search for information contained in the hidden sections.
