Monday 12th - A Ghostly Tale

 We had a very enjoyable, but long, day out yesterday to Highgrove. So today was recovery mode at home! I'm grateful to John giving me a report of the days Carriage Cleaning proceedings.

Holidays also taking a toll, so down to 10 today. Roger, Val, Greg, Lynn, Nigel and John inside, and Paul, Peter, Tim and David outside. Malvern side of rake 1 (B to G) and Cotswold side of rake 2 (B to G) washed. With Rich and myself absent John had "volunteered" to put the Ghostbuster through both trains. Very brave in the heat! Apparently he is quite happy to hand this back to Rich and myself.

Normal service to be resumed next week when hopefully the temperature is more normal.
