Wednesday 1st - At risk of being repetitive

Another day, same Gala prep and more.

Some more being Alex masking for lining on the bubble car.

A visit to the upholstery shop, Jenny gave a guided tour of this drivers seat which has just been
recovered .... she assures me it is from 26043.

Tom and Geoff getting ready to cut an internal panel for 16221

Trevor just loves having his photo taken, I am pretty sure this is a door sill in the making. Well thats what I call it.

An action shot of David with a skirting board for 16221.

Meanwhile back with 1675, Rex and Bryan drilling the next floor bearer .... this will then have sleeves welded in situ for the floor fixing bolts.

There is much to do with 1675, opening the sides like this is making the job much easier. The lower outer skins are a bit corroded so although this looks drastic, cutting and welding is a breeze.

A bit of grinding and tidying up and the job is done.

Colin is doing his keep fit exercises, its not difficult to get your Fitbit steps done in a day.

I have put this selfie on, so if you are at the Gala you will be able to recognise me.

Lunchtime on the platform, and this came along.

You can never get too much of this!

A plumbers nightmare!

Foremarke Hall arriving at Winchcombe, on the left is Black Prince's fireman I think.

Neil moving wagons to Toddington .....
Has anyone seen a Gala around here?

See you all in C&W over the weekend.
