Wednesday 7th .... Not all of us there.
Rex and Gerry making the most of the weather, the container is now weatherproof .....
Up on the roof 🎼
1808 in the paint shop is waiting for two doors, so Dave continues with painting, it is amazing just how much work goes into the high class finish which our paint shop achieves.Des is under the sink in 1808, he said he had cramp for hours after that bit of plumbing.
There it is, made entirely from re-cycled material, and it hopefully will have a long life.
Progress on 16221 bogies, inspection and maintenance.

Up in the Upholstery shop, the comfort crew carry on.It was suggested Eddy was still working from last week, but I think he had been home at some point.Ken Reeves I think is working on 16221
I know it has a steam leak, and is much easier to repair whilst raised clear of the bogies.
These photos once again have been provided by Des Adams, I/we eventually got away to Devon.
If we have missed anyone, please accept our apologies.
Bryan could not be with us either, hopefully he will be back in a couple of weeks.
Hopefully as long as restrictions don’t stop us, we will be back next week doing what we love doing.
An excellent report. Thanks for pictures Des. You guys do so well.
