With our usual start time, we were rounded up by Jenny (upholstery) to man handle 2 huge rolls of new material up stairs and into their storage rack.
Said material in use with John and Jenny, I think John is persuading something with a hammer.
Jenny is seen here mastering the use of a left hand screwdriver.
Dave marking out a piece of foam, measure twice and cut once.
Meanwhile down in the workshop.
Jeff is doing yet more finishing touches to 34929, this is the disabled entrance doors.
Ainsley is fine tuning an inner door panel
Richard and Paul are making fine progress with the 'Mink', it is a fantastic restoration of which they can be very proud.
Derek is using a mitre saw to groove a section which should have a curve in it, at least I think that's the aim.
Dave and Geoff are discussing the finer points.
Pat in the sunglasses, can only be with us occasionally as he lives some way away. He joined in and is eager to get involved, here we have just finished welding a new lock plate to a replacement outside container.
Inevitably we ended up back at the Dogfishes in the Barn, happily this one is nearly finished. We have to get into some very cramped spaces to fit and weld each section. They should be good for some years after we have finished.
Just a quick tac weld, then on with the breathing set and fully welded.
Its always good to finish with what we are here for, 'Dinmore Manor' just moving north to Broadway via Toddington ..... good to see an ever increasing number of travellers, who seem to love waving to us or maybe its the other way round.
A fine blog Nick.
